Directions: Can be used hot or cold. The Large Heat Wrap can be stored in your .freezer long term or for at least 20 minutes. Keep it in a plastic bag to avoid getting the flaxseed wet, as it can spoil. For heat, place the Large Heat Wrap in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overheat, and check temperature before putting on skin. Do NOT use this product on the head or face.
